This is a Canadian winter vintage poster from WWI sponsored by the Canadian Food Board between 1914 and 1918.
The vintage poster, found on the Library of Congress website shows two women standing before a table of fruits and vegetables, and jars of canned food. One woman wearing a white apron holds up a jar and points towards the table. The large text says: WASTE NOT-WANT NOT PREPARE FOR WINTER. The smaller text says: Save perishable foods by preserving now.
